Especially to 2.2, 4.1.1a, 4.1.2:
The „international parliamentary assembly“ with the „right to decide in one single important world economic issue“ will play a much lesser roll in the next version of this concept. I will remove the right from 4.1.2: „election of a single seat of a supervisory board (SB) partly by an international parliamentary assembly“.
In 2.2 beside global issues („world economy“) regional, national and international contexts shall play a bigger role.
For remaining tasks of the mentioned parliamentary assembly:
There is a Campaign for a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly; initially this UN-parliament would only have an advisory role. If there really would be such a UN-parliament, from this we could create an assembly that consists of only a part of the delegates of the UN-parliament: only with delegates from countries that take part in this procedure for a better co-determination / democratic influence in/on big enterprises.

To „4.2 employees: distribution of 1/3 of the SB-seats by them“
According to 4.2.b half of the employee-representatives is elected by trade/labor unions. In most cases this is not necessary, so the following would be possible (all together):
